Friday Updates: Kathy

CAREGIVING:  There have been a lot of changes around here. I should probably write them down before I disremember them. I got a little sidetracked by those ladybugs trying to find a warm home for the winter (Kathy’s lungs). First things first. Kathy is still doing OK. No major changes. Today, she stayed for three hours of companion care and did some cleaning after getting Kathy ready. She sat with Kathy while I worked on a newsletter project in my actual office, upstairs. It was nice… Read more →

CAREGIVING: My last post (about Kathy collapsing in the basement) received a lot of attention from my friends on Facebook and I wanted to thank anyone who reads these things. I have been writing these posts as a diary to help me remember one day, or one week, from the next. I’m grateful for all the support I have. Thanks.… Read more →
